    I'm recording episodes of ENTERPRISE to CD.

    My player will only read MPEG1 and I can get good quality @ 2150kps and fill a CD.

    Nero burns them fine but it woun't make chapter stops.

    VideoPack5 and DVD moviefactory make great menus and chapter stops but they transcode the file to VCD standards......

    Is there a program that will allow me to make menus for a non-standard VCD?

    One that woun't try to FIX the video?

    please help...... (wimper)

    Where can I fing info on how to create Chapter stops and menus from scratch?

    To the left, under tools... VCDImager.

    VCDEasy, TSCV, VCD Composer are the major frontends.
