How to add subtitle (.srt) to an existing VIDEO_TS forlder with main movie

Hi,

is there any simply way to add subtitles (.srt) to a VIDEO_TS folder which conatins no menu just main movie. And subtitles must be automatically selected when you insert DVD into player. Is there any simply way on WIndows or Mac???
