Since encoding for Blu-ray and AVCHD is so hard to guess and calculate, I'm making a list of the highest bit rates a movie/show/etc. of a certain duration can use to fit a certain file size
Length - Vid Bitrate - Audio BR - Size (BD5, BD9)
0h 40m - 14.3 Mbps - 640 Kbps - 4.34 GB
----------- 26.5 Mbps - 640 Kbps - 7.88 GB
0h 45m - 12.7 Mbps - 640 Kbps - 4.36 GB
----------- 23.5 Mbps - 640 Kbps - 7.89 GB

I appreciate what you are doing as I believe it is a sincere desire to help people, but you can just use the following bit rate calculator and save yourself a bunch of trouble. It's also more flexible than your chart.

Eh, I feel there's use to making this chart
Since there's no chance of some algorithm being inaccurate, etc.
Don't worry, I'm not using tons of my time to do this, I'm just doing some strategic remuxing over and over, I don't have to re-encode a movie every to find these values -
By the way, I checked those calculators out
I don't see any BD5/BD9 options or anything that lowers the bitrate for the bluray disc profiles, to compensate for the added header info
I'm making a chart based on the video/audio bitrates for different durations of media, muxed into the .m2ts container, which adds a variably increased % to file size that is very very-hard-to guess and very hard to calculate, which leads to people often using a bitrate too high or too low when encoding for bluray
