playing flac files into WMP?

my friend copy my audio cds to different flac files into my computer. when me played flac file into WMP got error message that this file can not be played, some files are missing into my computer. but computer works fine. my WMP plays mp3 files.

How can play flac files into WMP?
or, How can get mp3 from flac?

Windows doesn't know how to play flac files. You need to install a DirectShow flac reader/splitter, and decoder:

But why use WMP? Most other players can play flac natively and they're much better players. Try MPCHC, PotPlayer, SMPlayer, etc.
