How to make an XVCD-XSVCD?

can someone tell me a site with a tutorial or give a brief overview the process in making these formats? im curious, and id love to make one.

I heard a rumour somewhere that there is a site http://www.vcdhelp.com that has all the guides necessary for this task. It requires a bit of study to do what you ask. Some people don't like that part. I even heard the guides walk you through the process with precise and consise tutorials. It has archived these processes so people can reference these guides every step of the way. Sounds unbelievable.

I heard its a really fantastic site. The best there is. I don't want to mislead you though - its just a rumour. Not sure if it even exists. But if I were you I'd look just a bit to your left and start clicking your mouse.
