Demux audio from ntsc video and mux with pal,audio sync problems

Hi,after installing a lot of tools like virtualdub,avidemux.... i did not make the correct audio track for the video.I have 2 different versions of the same movie but the ntsc version has bad video quality and pal has excellent with polska sound.I want to demux the english audio from the ntsc and mux with pal version but i have audio sync problems that is variable,in the beginning of the movie i dont have sync problems but after a couple of minutes lose sync at variable time.
What i did,i install latest virtualdub 1.demux the vbr mp3 audio from the ntsc movie ,full proccesing mode audio and direct stream video, save as pcm wav with default settings 2.Install winlame and convert it with lame mp3 encoder and standard quality to 128 kbs,44100,stereo,cbr.3Using virtual dub i remove from pal movie the polska audio track,direct stream video and audio with no audio check,save as avi.4.Using virtualdub open the pal video with no sound and add the track from ntsc,direct stream video and audio,audio from other file,i choose the mp3 cbr converted audio from winlame and then usinng video frame rate control choose change so video and audio durations match and save as avi.Here are video-audio specs of two video from mediainfo

You don't know what you're talking about. 'PAL' video is 25fps. Did you slow it down yourself (incorrectly)?

Why not just slow your original 'PAL' AVI to 23.976fps (without reencoding) and add the NTSC audio without reencoding it and see if that works.

They probably still won't synch up though, because your NTSC AVI has about 3+ seconds more video even after matching up the framerates. Maybe it's just a delay if you're lucky.

No virtualdub does it automatically to match the frame rates.

compare video length and audio length - both must be the same.
fastest way to do this is counting number of frames and frame rate - divide number of frames by frame rate and it will be your video lenght, for audio similar is number of samples and sample rate - if both lenghts are ok then then it should be no problems with muxing audio track and video track.

btw there are only few frame rates:

24000/1001
24
25
30000/1001
30

(there are few others but those above are most common for SD)

If your frame rate seems to be close but not exactly as listed exactly to (1/number of frames) then you may expect problems - fix header for frame rate then perform, normal muxing.

No you didn't. I never suggested reencoding the audio. Just demux it. As pandy suggests, compare the audio and video lengths before and after. I never told you to have your video be 23.962fps. What I suggested was, Why not just slow your original 'PAL' AVI to 23.976fps (without reencoding) and add the NTSC audio without reencoding it and see if that works. And you haven't done that at all. Another factor is that when you get stuff from the Internet made by strangers, anything can happen. For example, your original 'NTSC' version of the movie was 29.97fps, but no movie is 29.97fps so it was made by an incompetent encoder. Plus, you don't know what you're doing either, such as making your videos 23.962fps.
