Maybe this is a dumb question, but why hasn't a company like Comcast or DirecTV made cable programming available to anyone who wants to subscribe to a streaming version? Just use the existing infrastructure throughout the US to expand their customer base. They would be able to control where it is received very easily. Any ideas?
