Can anyone recommend software with these filters built in? I usually go from MP4 & FLV to AVI (xvid). Initially, I was having problems with getting a specific file size. That was solved, but now I notice some areas of the file with a lot of movement or a dark background have video noise.

I tried an older version of Handbrake that works with Xvid, but can't seem to get the audio to work.

    Regards...John
