  1. Hello,

I have been using this software for several years. One thing I do frequently when editing is I will drag the audio from the current VOB file onto either the "Music" or "Voice" tracks below, then I mute the sound on the main track (the "Video Track"), and re-edit the muted video to the audio I dragged to the Music/Voice track.
Everything worked fine until about a month ago, when I suddenly would get no sound out of the Music/Voice audio tracks. The Video track plays the sound, but when I drag the sound over to one of the audio tracks I would normally get a "double-exposed" sound on top of eachother, until I mute the Video track.
I checked all settings to see if the audio channels somehow had gotten muted by accident, tried reinstalling and resetting the settings to default, but nothing worked. I finally figured there must be something wrong with my computer, I got frustrated and uninstalled the software.

Then I got a new PC the other day and reinstalled the program expecting everything to work fine like it used to, only to find out that it still gives me no audio on those tracks! What could possible be wrong??

I was thinking for a while that perhaps the audio coding on the VOB files does not allow altering and therefore won't work on those other sound channels, but it doesn't make sense because when I used the software before I never had that problem even ONCE and now it's on every single VOB file I try (including those I did not use to have a problem with).

PS: It's not just audio I copy from VOB files that gets muted on the audio tracks, same thing happens with any sound including WAV files, MP3s, and so on... Anything on those two tracks (Music/Voice) is muted.

Please any help or input appriciated! I wrote the support e-mail of Womble but they aren't replying. I really badly need to use this program. Thanks for reading.
