Sorry guys, I didnt know where to put this thread. Hope its ok here?! Ok heres my problem, I had made a movie of my holiday using a JVC DV camera and now I had put it on my PC with the Microsoft MovieMaker thing using the 25MB/sec capture option. The files come out huge (few Gig), so I converted into MPEG with TMPEGenc and now its a nice 400MB. Now that I can watch it on my PC, I really wanna add effects to it like a small scentence popping up in funny parts of the footage. Subtitles would be ok, but I really want it kinda cartoony and have like a few words with an arrow pointing to someone i.e. a big arrow pointing to my mate saing 'hes pis*ed' or summin. How can I do this? Is there any free software (no trial shite) and if so can i have a link please. What are some good software I can buy (£40 mark?). Speach bubbles could also be good!! + is there a way I can freeze a frame during the footage so that the text is easy to read.. (I dont wanna have to sit by the PC and press pause on each text popup!!) Thanks a lot, hope you can help. Email me: dansleeth@hotmail.com if you have any other ideas!! THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
