You need to install MediaInfo and post here what it says about your file. Something I read about TSV on another forum suggests that it is encrypted. Media Info can tell us.

Your file contains no video information. The Width and Height are 0 pixels. This is why you only get audio. You need to tell us what the model number is of the device you are using. My guess is that you either don't actually have the video connected to it or you have it in some kind of mode where it is only recording audio.

Your device appears to only be sold in the Middle East. We don't have a lot of members from there. We can't be experts on devices that we don't own and use. We've given you the best answers we can considering that none of us who have responded have ever used your device. Your file is either encrypted or the video header is wrong. If it's encrypted we don't know how to decrypt it. If the header is wrong, you will have to find a way to fix it so you can change the height and width values. I suggest that you try to find a program that will let you fix the width and height values in the header of the video file as this is the only solution to your problem that you will be able to do successfully.

You should be aware that most PVR/DVR devices encrypt what they record and unfortunately it is normal to not be able to play recorded files on a PC.

After changing the file extension to .TS I tried opening the .TSV file with TSDoctor. TSDoctor reports the file is encrypted.
