Hi,
I have some videos that contain an intro then a loop of video the repeats a few times.
I am trying to find a way to analyse the video and extract the loop as a separate file.
As I have quite a few files it would be good if I could script it from the command line.
They are AVI files with a RV24 CODEC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Jacob

This is another one of those posts I call "I want to do something that nobody else in the world wants to do, so why doesn't software exist that allows me to do it?" kind of posts. People who make this kind of post never accept the fact that their request is so specialized that nobody wants to write software for this task and they always insist that many other people in the world want to do this too, so surely some software must exist for the task.
RV24? Good grief. Guess you're dealing with anime as only anime people ever took RV seriously. Even if something did exist for your task, it sure wouldn't work with RV. Something that's scriptable just pushes your requirements more into the impossible zone.
