Batch tool to conbert srt to ssa/ass

Hi,
Anyone knows a tool that convert batch of srt files to ssa/ass subtitles format.

There is the the old. but good tool SUB2SSA. But you need convert the files one by one.
On the other hand there is the "Subtitle workshop" which have a batch conversion tool, but you can't set the ssa parameters (font, size, positions).

So I'm searching for a tool which do both...

Hi,
thank you for you suggestion, but this tool doesn't give you the option to set the ssa parameters too.
There is a ssa option on the setting menu, but it doesn't works with the command line.

Nikolaj (author of Subtitle Edit) give me this solution:

Use "SubtitleEdit" and Press <Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C> to start the batch converter...

Works great.
