    Which codec softwares are needed for Opencl supported x264 video compression? Where can I download them?
    (Op system: Win7 x64)

    OPENCL lookahead version is only useful for APU. In few month we will see official build on x264.nl.

    here download x264 - x264_rev2216+688_tMod-opencl.7z (test only) - http://astrataro.wordpress.com/2012/09/12/x264-rev2216688-tmod/

    then you need to add --opencl in x264 command line options

    but this is slower than my i2500k and for now is useless .......

    btw. openCL support made it into DarkShikaris repository, so an official release with OpenCL is probably not far away.
