  1. So, I've acquired a PAL DVD ISO which I can play fine on my PC but I need to make it an NTSC DVD. I may be approaching this from the wrong angle, I'm not sure. I've put the PAL ISO through DVD shrink. It shows two Dutch Audio tracks (one commentary, and one without) and an Italian one. No english is found. The DVD's native audio is Dutch. The funny bit is you can select an English audio option in the DVD's settings menu. Also, the actors in the film are actually speaking english, not dutch or italian.

Shrink, nor DVD Decrypter, or Handbrake can find the english audio track on the disc.

Is it possible that the english audio stream is hidden? AND Is there a tool that can find it if it is hidden?

There are no subtitles for any languages on the disc.

    Thank you in advance.

Convert the ISO to a normal DVD format VIDEO_TS folder with vobs and ifo's etc - you can use winrar for this, just open the ISO in winrar and drag the folder out onto the desktop or wherever and then open the file VIDEO_TS.IFO which is located in the VIDEO_TS folder using VSO ConvertXtoDVD (no need to shrink as ConvertXtoDVD will do it for you). You can deselect any tracks not needed etc...

So.....that means the English audio was not named correctly during the authoring stage and the audio is there(re: NOT missing).

  4. No, the audio was missing. ConvertxtoDVD found the 4th audio stream where the other programs could not. As I stated earlier, the 2 Dutch tracks were the normal movie audio and the other was commentary. The Italian track was normal movie audio. Thanks again netmask56.
