Comskip Help

Hi
I am new with comskip,i am doing stream with flash media encoder or windows media encoder,some time paid receiver show fly ads over screen.like logo some code ,is it possible to use comskip with any tv tuner card ,before i stream any live feed i want to pre process stream and put back into encoder ,is it pssible please let me know solution ,i dont want to record stream because most of topic about recording ,i want to preprocess live feed and then after remove ads again want to stream.

any solution or any other software suggestion ,please help.
