No.
You capture the footage and then use software to remove it after. The success of the removal depends on the size and complexity of the logo. -
And the software will not automatically recognize a logo. You have to build a mask image indicating where the logo is within the frame.

Hi
thanks for your reply ,i understand what u try to said ,but main think is which software i used for detection logo in frame.
please find they way out.
thanks -
Re-read what jagabo wrote. The software CANNOT detect the presence of a logo. Only your own eyes can do that.
You can use virtualdub and there are various filters available - logoway is just one https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Virtualdub-Logoaway-filter . You draw a frame around the logo and then apply a mask within that frame.
You can rarely have a clean screen and see all the detail that was behind the logo. At best the software will soften the logo to make it less obstrusive.Last edited by DB83; 2nd Nov 2012 at 03:58. Reason: added link

This is possible - just reference picture (with logo or logo sequence) and search/matching algorithm - problem is that such free software not exist but if topic author is interested (seems like business thread anyway) then he can hire some developer to create such software.

Hi
i got you point what u try to said ,but my problem is little different ,first of my rectangle logo come on live stream ,second it doesn't come on fix location third rectangle size is oki it show random no on that one.i dont know if you see paytv live channels they are poping up no. on screen thats what i want to remove. -
I do not wish to cast aspertions on the OP but logos are there for a purpose.
To remove them for 'business' purposes is technically breaching the broadcaster's rights. No problems if you do this for your own personal use but 'business' usually means selling and that is a no-no.
Just my 2 cents. -
Re-streaming itself is a breach of the original streamer's and/or broadcaster's rights. As soon as they find out they will shut you down.
There is no automated logo detection and removal software. Period. -
I suspect the OP is quite aware it's piracy.
I also suspect he/she has no idea how complex digital video actually is.
To put the problem in the simplest form I can think of, things like watermarks are not just a layer superimposed on top of the video. You can't just remove it and have the video underneath. There's nothing underneath. -
