    ffmpegX doesn't provide settings to encode to .webm, but ffmpeg does.
    If you want a Mac GUI, have a look at iFFmpeg.
    If command line fits your workflow, have a look at the pre-compiled up-to-date ffmpeg binaries for Mac OS X at osxffmpegcompiling available for download. (iFFmpeg will need such a binary to interface with in the background, as well.)
