OK. You need to explain yourself better.

Is this game PAL or NTSC ?. If it is PAL then you capture as PAL50.

Only if the game is NTSC should you attempt to capture as PAL60. This is a special format to convert NTSC to PAL by just altering the color. Do NOT use this mode for PAL sources.

My game is PAL If i cap games with pal50 its a nice quality but most of the games you only can play with pal60 and if i capture it threw NTSC_433 Its altering the colors yeah, I played battlefield 3 with pal50 and its just laging can't spray stops with shooting like a lag server but connection was good. Is there anohter way? There is an option PAL_B if I use that option its just a blackscreen, Sound is recording and I hear it.

  4. You need a capture device that supports PAL60 properly. PAL60 uses NTSC timing with PAL chroma encoding. Few capture devices support PAL60.

As jagabo mentioned, few capture devices support PAL60. No probs with Roxio as I do not think it would work anyway.

The ones I have read about are:

Easycap DC60+ (the DC60+ bit is important as there are many versions of Easycap). Even then there are still many fakes of this. They are cheap but you pays your money and takes your choice. Even then, the device may not install right as it has many issues with drivers etc.

The genuine article is called Ezcap 116. But if you do not want to pay for a Roxio you will not want to pay £30($40-$50) for this either.

There are also some even higher price units.

You are welcome to search the forums. We have old threads that do mention such capture devices by name, but as I live in NTSC land I do not remember what they are as I don't use them. Search for Pal60 and maybe add capture devices to that to have a good chance of finding the right old threads.

The Hauppauge USB Live 2 is a another USB device that can capture PAL60 in standard definition. When using the manufacturer-provided capture software, WinTV 7, one can edit a .ini to make PAL60 the default video standard for capture. http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?22744-capture-Pal60-format. I expect it is possible to use the Hauppauge USB Live 2 to capture PAL60 with other programs too, if they allow full access to the driver feature that sets the video standard.
