  1. I'm making a promotion video a server in SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer)
I use the free version of VideoPad to edit my video.
The origional video is exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds long, but the from 1m and 10sec on there are subtitles till 1m and 30sec when the video ends.
Afterwards I saved my project and saved my movie.
But now the video is 1m and 10sec long and the subtitles are gone.

I tried every video format without any succes.
    can anybody please help me?

    __EDIT__

I dind't choose the option DVD/CD but the option to save it to my Harddisk so that I could upload it to youtube.

And I know there is an option to upload directly to youtube but I wanted my convert settings to be maximum like 1280x720p, 30fps and such.

Please give as much information as possible.

Are you adding subs in videopad?

Or does the video contain subtitles? Then must you extract the subs and add to the new video.

And what kind of editing are you doing? Just cutting/joining?

And what is the video source?

Yes I'm adding subs by using the free version of VideoPad.

The video does not contain subtitles but I added them.

I took six 5min long videos in-game and began to cut the videos and pick some good shots out of it and join them together.

The video source is .avi (I also added a music file as background music)

  4. My fault,

It aren't subtitles but Text Overlays and some Picture Overlays with Chroma Key.
I tried to re-install VideoPad, but without any results to the problem yet.

  5. I'm done with this video editor.
    I'm totally sick of it!

I'm gonna switch to a other video editing program which won't screw up my overlays and when I need help somebody actually helps me instead of giving support compared to saying the letter A.

Thanks for the "useless" support anyway.

P.S Win or lose, I walk away grinning
