I'd like to know if there is a video player program out there that continuously updates the video displayed AS the progress slider is dragged side to side, as opposed to only updating when the slider is released.. I know quicktime player can do this with some videos, as can some video editing programs, but does a video player exist that can do this with most or all common video formats?
