acard duplicator 1-9 help

hi peeps, i really need some help i am now on my second acard duplicator i am using ritek dvd's however when i burn dvd's sometimes it seems like its not closing the disc, so it says it has copied 9 dvd's and you can see the burn mark but when you put them in a pc or dvd player they act like they are blank...

do you have any ideas.

Possibilities :
1) Bad first master DVD - check master DVD, check duplicator with different other master DVD (high)
2) Bad ritek DVD media - check with different DVD media (high)
3) Bad acard duplicator DVD Writers (low)
4) Bad acard duplicator controller (low)
5) No compatible dvd media with acard duplicator (high)

ritek is usually rated bottom of the barrel piss poor media. most duplicators i've used only accept taiyo yuden professional grade blanks and i've never had a problem with one of them out of a duplicator.
