How do I download and convert an online video file that is a php?

A .php is a webpage layout, not a video.

videograbber; which I can´t see any sign of working.

Internet Download Manager works. I just tried it on this episode of Scrubs:

Are you saying that these two addresses are the same ? If so how do I get and use the the bottom address; and
are you saying that IDM and DownloadThemall are the same program or is IDM another program?, if so is it a firefox app and/or is it freeware?

If you had read the idm link you would have seen it's trialware.

The reason there are two addresses is they try to hide the actual url, and the downloading software is supposed to find it.

Open URL Snooper, set keyword filter for .MP4, open browser and start video playing. Copy and paste URL into new browser tab and download.
