SOS! Problem with VSP projects of Corel Pro X4 - sound disappears in MP4

Hi guys, SOS!

I am editing videos (that need to be completed urgently) in Corel Pro X4 (bought from Amazon) and have serious troubles.
VSP file looks absolutely fine during Project preview.
Yet when MP4 file is produced (iphone/ipad HD format as suggested originally by support for the web) – then the sound disappears after a few minutes.
I tried to play this MP4 of a few different computers and it looks the same.
Please help, as I am in deep sh…t with all my 20 videos.

check for updates to the program? you say it looks fine in preview but does the audio play correctly there?

get the free program mediainfo and use it on the all source and exported files in text mode. copy/paste the results here.

Yes, VSP file plays perfectly, but when rendered it gets screwed.

Could you please clarify what should it do, what do you mean "on all source?" and what do you mean by "exported files in text mode"? Sorry, i am not really techsavy, so need you to be patient.
