I was wondering if Panasonic AG-7750 allows to use TBC control over a signal from it's video input?

Sorry for re-opening an already resolved discussion, but I've got one more question about AG-7750 machine. How come it has no sharpness control? I've tried out AG-7650 and the picture is too soft for my expectations with some tapes (with all filters off). Is it usual for a professional studio S-VHS player to have no sharpness control (although it has video processing controls)? Anway, I'm thinking of buying a video detailer, but I need it for PAL video signal (EU). Any recommendations on the best model and where in EU can it be purchased (or bought used) from?

Sharpening VHS during capture is not a good idea. You'll be sharpening noise and playback problems, making them more difficult to clean later.
