about Profile?

is it important to make sure that you arrange them in order? i have no idea how to arrange them but here is what i use..
i hope someone can suggest if it needs rearranging, and one other thing, does it affect the quality if it's not arranged properly?
if it does then i'll be damned..i've converted quite a few movies now using this..
