  1. I took a picture of a 50 in Panasonic plasma TV and would like to know the function of the 6 circuit boards that I have numbered. It is obvious that board 1 is the main power supply and board 2 is the tuner, however, I would like to know the function of the other boards. Also, generally what kind of voltages are present in these boards? In general, what malfunctions on these TVs?

type in google panasonic (model number) schematics and you will find out stuff about part numbers so on service manules another thing to type in some modern boards suffer from dry solder joints causeing intermitent faults but in the main an enginer will replace the full board if you decide to fix dry solder joints make sure you use a low watage iron or you will damage the circuit track example antex are very good irons

    What is the model number?
What kind of problem are you having?
Do you have an LED blink code (are there any leds blinking on the front panel)?
The highest output voltage generated is 210 volts from the power supply (# 1) to the X & Y sustain boards (# 3 & 4).

  4. Megahurts,
You seem to know what you are talking about.
The model number is TCP 50X1 Mfg March 2009
That sounds quite interesting - sustain boards. What do sustain boards do? Is there a website that gives some descriptive info?
I removed boards 1,3 and 4. Don't know if they have any value. The TV was working fine until it crashed down and shattered the screen. I was told that the TV went off after that. It was going to be hauled to the dump, so I thought I would remove a few of the boards. Might be useful for parts. Board 6 also looks interesting because it has all those square chips that are completely surrounded with silicone.
I think an improvement would be to make the screen flexible, like paper. That way the TV could be folded in half for easy storage.

http://www.shopjimmy.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=Panasonic+TC-P50X1 will list all the boards and give you an idea of their value. Many people sell them on e-bay.

#6 is 2 boards called scan drive or buffer boards.

http://www.tvpartsguy.com/servlet/the-template/how-dsh-toguide/Page gives a basic discription of each board.

I can't help you about folding a plasma tv in half.

As soon as you find the same model plasma TV with an intact display but blown electronics they'll come in useful.

No they won't. You know as well as I do that they are going to collect dust and that he lacks the expertise to do anything useful with them.
