It is a nice machine indeed. I really dislike the goofy promotional tactics though. "gosh golly gee, we all liked it so much that we could not decide who would keep it, so out of the goodness of our hearts we're giving it away"

Come on VideoMaker Magazine. How about an honest giveaway without all the strings attached.

Don't value that computer so high: "Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is $5800."

If I win, I will have to pay Uncle Sam $1000.00US in taxes at that $5800 value.

That is so broad & all encompassing, it wouldn't hold up in a court of law.
