which color space is good for lossless video conversion RGB, YV12 or YUY2? actually i want to capture video by lossless codec then encode with megui.... which lossless codec and color space should i use?

You start with your source footage and the device that created it. Then, KEEP IT THAT WAY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. And if you HAVE to convert, do it the LEAST amount of times.
So, if your camera captures Y-Pb-Pr (which most do), then the most appropriate colorspace would be either YV12 or YUY2. From this point on, if you can manage it, it is BEST to keep it in that format throughout the production & distribution process chain. Unfortunately, this all to often gets compromised by applications or codecs that only work in one colorspace. (So, it is good to use an intermediate codec that can handle multiple colorspaces - Like Lagarith).
Again: "Do the least harm"
Every "conversion" includes some rounding, and therefore, LOSS.
