  1. What's up all?

I'm using AVS4YOU Video Editor to make a video with lyrics for a song that I recorded. I made the lyrics for the first verse, lined it up and saved it - everything was great. I opened the editor, added a 2nd verse, lined it up and produced it. The final AVI file is fine through the first verse, but when it hits the 2nd the audio/video isnt lined up anymore. I can re-open the saved project and everything is great in the editor.

Why would the audio/video lose alignment when going through the publishing stages - especially only for a part of the song?

    ShineHigh,
First of all, I do love AVS4YOU however, their Video editor seems a little quirky some times in that if your videos are actually like:
    |video1--------------|
    |audio1--------------|

    and the second is:
    |video2------------------|
    000|audio2--------------| (000= no audio)

you won't notice the missing audio at the start of video2 play until you put them together and the editor makes them like:
    |video1----------------|video2-------------------------|
    |audio1----------------|audio2---------------------|

To check if this is a problem use a demux to produce separate audio and video (mediainfo won't catch) and check the length of each like below:

If I find this, I usually use Virtualdub, select video-->frame rate and check make audio/video equal length, check playback and then combine them.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks
