change in video length after editing by yamb.

hi
there is a mp4 video which is AVC as video and AC3 as audio.
i extracted it with yamb into audio and video then converted audio and then mux video with new audio
orginal video have 3 hr length so it's audio, and converted audio, but when i muxed AVC with new audio, which is AAC, new mp4 video have 2 hr 55min video and 3 hr audio and they are not sync.
what did i do wrong?
how can i fix it?



additional:
when i mux them with mkvmergeGUI everything is fine.(3 hr synced video and audio)
