This is a really dumb little movie (only a minute or so) of some friends at a fish restaurant, but I'd appreciate some help, please.

When I watch the movie in the JWPlayer embedded in the page (newest version and the newest version of Flash), it's too dark - at least on my NEC 2490 and NEC 2190 monitors.

However, when I download it and open it in MPC, it looks OK - though of course it's still dark 'cause it was night, and I took the phone with my cellphone camera.

Why does this happen, and is there any way to fix it?

    I'll appreciate any tips.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. if might help to use http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=152419 to set fullrange/limitedrange, colorprim, transfer, colormatrix in your streams. (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=152419 can be used to modify these values without having to reencode the whole thing)
