DVD movie Factory does not allow me to add MPG file?

Hi, I created a XSVCD at 720X480 using Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.5. My DVD player plays it. But when I try to add menu using Ulead DVD movie Factory and when select mpg file, program says its not a valid file format. I selected as DVD, since DVD use this settings 720x480. How can I over this problem any suggestions. Thanks

Movie Factory won't accept XSVCD at all.

DVD Workshop will, but then converts it.
