How i avoid Project X wants make Wav audiofile form eyetv archive

How i avoid Project X wants make Wav audiofile form eyetv archive which seems converted form mp2 format how i can avoid this becouse i think this lose quality:
encoded file->decode->encode

Go to Presettings in ProjectX and then the audio tab and make sure nothing is ticked in the first column. In the second column the first four items can be ticked ie starting with "check crc with ac3 ... etc
