I installed a new HD and SASW wants to be activated but won't accept my registration code. Keeps giving me a message about too many license requests. I looked up the website to get a new license. My license was lifetieme but it now say's it's $29.95 per year. What gives?
Are there any similar pay programs?

Yes but their support is automated phone only. Useless,no people.

Add the following line to your hosts file:
127.0.0.1 license.superantispyware.com
Then try again

This is the second time I've come across threads of people complaining that long-since free virus protection software is acting goofy and claiming it is not free. In another thread on another forum, some guy said the same happened to him with MalWareBytes.
What gives? -
