    I just bought VOBMPG PRO because the free version does exactly what I need and now I wanted to have the benefit of being "at least" 3 times faster.

    Unfortunately my PRO version is only twice as fast as the free version. This is quite a difference to what was promised.

    What can I do?

    Take it up with the author since you paid him. It was probably foolish of him to put "at least 3 times faster!" in his website but that's what he offered so you've got to take it up with him to make good on that promise.
