Hello.
For some time i have used Xmedia Recode to convert files recorded on a USB stick from my Denver DVB-T, since Xmedia seems to be the only program that can show the subtitles on the files i record.
But i have some sound issues that spoils the audiotrack so the sounds is just like at bad CD skipping a few milliseconds from time to time, well quite often in fact.
The sound is OK if i convert the .pvr file from the USB to avi or any other format with a program like Any Video Converter, but it has no subtitle abillity.
What i do is renaming the .pvr file to .mpg, since Xmedia does not recognise .pvr files, putting the file in Xmedia Recode , but no matter what audio or video settings i use in the Xmedia program i have the same issues with the sound.
I have found this method by trial and error, and have no knowledge about any other method
Am i doing something wrong or is there a better, more correct way to recode the .pvr files to a file format like .avi or mpg and still maintain the subtitles?
