Hi,
I have a laptop connected by VGA to a lcd TV that I use for watching stuff. It has problems running 720p mkv stuff from time to time. I am using MPC-HC with CoreAVC (de-blocking turned off) The issue is that the CPU gets capped at 100% and the audio and video start to desync during certain scenes.
Is there a way to set up my powerful PC to somehow transcode the video and audio (do all the processing) and stream the video to my laptop without a loss in quality?
