  1. If you know how to use FFMPEG this is simple for you. Ok what I need is a video made of 9 mins from an image. The reason I want it made by using FFMPEG is I want it have the minimum size as possible about 200kb.

    so if you can do this, please help me out I have attached the image.

  5. Just lower the fps. It can be encoded as 1 frame, a few kb

    (Perhaps it's goes against their T&C's).

    why not use dvdslideshow GUI...take the jpg and set DVDSG output for 9 minutes and after it's finished, use super or some other encoder to drop it down to a youtube format...i.e....flv or mp4 or whatever format youtube uses

  10. It's for youtube? I think they don't accept fractional fps videos, so this one is a bit larger than expected , but still under 200KB (I tested it and this works on youtube)
