Title sums it up. I've confirmed in several players that the subtitles are not aligned properly. I've do have Subtitle Workshop, MKVExtractGUI2 and mkvmergeGUI. I've extracted the .ASS file with the extractor and looked them over with Subtitle Worshop. The subtitles themselves and those seem to be in perfect order. Yet, something in the mkv is making it playing incorrectly.
So, question is, what do I do to re-align the .ass subtitle, which program do I use and how do I do it?

Unfortunately like many new members you feel that you have just provided insanely detailed information about your problem when in fact it is vague. What exactly do you mean by "re-align"? This could mean that the subtitles aren't fully readable and part of them are displayed outside the viewing area. It could also mean that they don't synch up properly with the dialog, but you would more accurately call that a synchronization problem than an alignment problem. So since we're not very good at reading minds and it's pointless to just guess, explain better what exactly "re-align" means to you and you might explain what these "several players" are too.
