Hi,
I have a SBS 3d .mkv film that has subs, but the subs don't appear to be SBS. When i play the film in VLC and go to subtitles it has 2 sets of Chinese subs 2 sets of English subs then a line then the same again. This makes me think it possibly has 3d subs but I can't figure out how to play them.
Anyway I tried to make some 3d subtitles myself by downloading a .srt and converting it to 3d using 3d-subtitler. This has given me .sup file. I've added the .sub file to the original .mkv using mkvmerge gui. When I play this file in vlc there is now an extra row under the subtitle option but it doesn't say English or Chinese it just says undetermined. When I click on this no subtitles show. I then tried converting the .srt to a .sub (again with 3d-Subtitler) but when I try to add this to the .mkv file using MKVmerg it won't let me to drop in the .sub as it says it doesn't contain any tracks.
Any ideas?
