    Yes, it certainly will. You need to worry more about what type of slot it uses.

    If it's an AGP card, make sure you use an AGP slot.

    The "DDR" Ram on the vid. card only means that the video card's Ram is DDR.

    Computer RAM can be whatever, regardless of this.
