  1. I'm looking for a batch video converter that will by default keep the original frame size. I've downloaded about 3 different apps for osx and found that they want to give all the video files in the que the same frame size regardless of what the original files frame size is. I'm trying to shrink the large file sizes of my collection of videos that i've shot with different cameras and settings and imported into iPhoto 11. There are different frame sizes in my collection. Is there maybe a way i can sort these .mov files by the frame size they where shot in?

    Osx.iPhoto.mov - I smell a Mac topic here.

Best to ask such a question in the dedicated Mac forum.

But convert to what ? Frame size normally has no effect on file size (= bitrate * run length)

  3. I know that but I'm trying to preserve the frame size of my videos while encoding them to a smaller file size.

And answers to my questions ?

And a few more. What is your largest frame size and what is the preset in the current batch process ?

  5. MediaCoder keeps the framesize as default. Not a batch job as such but you may queque up multiple files - and works on osx (even though I only tried Windows)
