Trying to collect info how to make best SVCD/VCD from MPEG2 CBR Files (more than 3Mbps...) Welcome to convert AVI format too...

I think the generall concensus here is "that depends".
It depends upon the source, how many CD-Rs you want to fit,
how long you want to wait for the encode, what quality you
want at the end.... yada yada yada.

Having said that, there are quite a few templets for TMPEGEnc
under the Other:Tools section. These generally have a purpose
(ie 1 CD movies, great quality VCD, etc ).

You could call these people experts so that would be a great place
to look......
