How to insert image into .flv video?

Hey guys I'm really newbie and I want to insert image into video of .flv
I want that the image will display in the start, middle, end of the video for 5sec every time...(the video will freez than the image will be display and after 5sec the video will continue).
oh and btw there is software for remove watermark?

Any decent NLE editor can do this, it's just a matter of finding one that accepts FLV as import format (of course, you could try frameserving into it w/ AVISynth). No matter what, you will HAVE to Re-Encode.

re: remove Watermark
There are some Vdub or AVISynth plugins/scripts that attempt to do this, but a LOT depends on how the watermark is presented (and the background behind it). NONE of them do a complete, perfect job.
