When i import a long video in Premiere Pro CS6, in time line, it's time is shorter than it's real time. ( for example a MP4 Film with 2:18:15 length changes to 2:18:6) . I want to sync an audio on film and this difference will makes error. what is the problem ?

It's likely to be a Framerate problem.
Check your project/Timeline properties, and be sure it's the same framerate than the footage you are using.
For instance, if you shot in 25fps, both project and timeline settings must be set on 25 frame per second. (same if it's 23.976, or 29.970, 30 fps, etc. )
The timeline settings may not be referred as "fps", but maybe as "Timecode Set" (check for SMTPE standards)
