Setting username and password protection for my broadcast?

Hi. I'm broadcasting with Windows Media Encoder.
But I want to protect my broadcast with username and password.
In Windows Media Encoder there is only IP restriction. I don't want to use this.
I want a panel or something like this and create a user with password who can connect my broadcast.

That's not really something the video is responsible for,.. ask you web admin,...
.htaccess password protection (see: http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess3.shtml) might be the easiest way to go, if it's just a few users&passwords,... other than that you probably need something with a database as backend,..
