I've tried looking through every post where users were having issues with .mov to .mp4 conversion, but I wasn't able to find an answer to my problem.

I have a client who is requesting that their video be .mp4 with .mp3 audio. The source video is .mov.

I've selected .mp4 as my video format and .mp3 as my audio format, but when I hit encode the file is a 0kb file that's unplayable, etc.

I have the most recent version of ffmpegX.

Nevermind. I managed to figure it out. Just selected the invert audio box.
