Anyone got some good settings that do make nice quality small size files? I'll be capturing off a AIW 7500 off the TV and vcr probably.

I'm using the following settings:
Resolution: 528x576
Bitrate: 1200kbps
DivX encoding settings: 1-pass, slowest, 8,2,2000,10,20
Basic Video DeInterlace
And that psychovisual (or something like that) at strong. Causes few artifacts, but not too many and it produces smaller files.
These settings require a FAST (1,5GHz) CPU and your computer must be tweaked to the limit, so these might not be the settings you're looking for.
