Need Help With Proper Bitrate for streaming 720p quality video

Right now My site is streaming at 640x480/2000kbps/128-192kps audio, I use adobe flash encoder, iTunes, and a screen capture program. When I try to stream at 720p the video becomes off sync with the audio. What are the proper settings for streaming at 720p?

Give more information. In what format does the screen capture program captures in? Avi, mp4 and what video and audio codecs.

You could also try another h264 mp4 converter like handbrake. It works fine for flash streaming.

The proper bitrate is the bitrate required to achieve the quality you want, or the max bitrate your site can stream, whichever is less.
